Create invoices from standard details given or bespoke information.
Book keeping & bank reconciliation
Ensure all income and expenditure is logged and reconciled with the bank statements in readiness for the Accountant at year end. This work should reduce accountancy time and fees at year-end.
Chase outstanding invoices ensuring cash flow is always at a maximum and Customer relationships remain intact.
A company is only as good as the records they keep, therefore database and records maintenance is key. With experience in many bespoke databases I am able to get up to speed on all systems quickly and ensure they are kept up to date moving forward.
