Bank reconciliation - a process that explains the difference between the bank balance shown in an organisation's bank statement, as supplied by the bank, and the corresponding amount shown in the organisation's own accounting records at a particular point in time

Diary management - is the succinct recording of an individual's plan and appointments which is regularly updated. This is important in offices since it ensures that all activities are accorded time and no important task is forgotten

Telephone support - provide front or back-up services to telephone calls by either transferring calls or supplying unique phone lines
